Your card or PayPal account is charged when you place your order. Because every pair is made to order, your payment confirms the order and allows production to begin. If you need to change or cancel, you can do so free of charge within 12 hours of purchase — just email us right away.

HEATSHABU is a Montana-based business, so we don’t charge sales tax. The total you see in your cart is exactly the amount charged — no surprise additions at checkout.
