Terms of Service

Welcome to HEATSHABU. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of heatshabu.com and every purchase you make from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. We’ve written these Terms in plain English because we believe you should actually be able to read them.

1. Who We Are

HEATSHABU is a US-based online store selling HEATSHABU original-design custom-printed footwear — sneakers, boots, sandals, slippers and clogs featuring our house-original all-over graphic prints. You can reach us anytime at support@heatshabu.com.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Full transparency: every pair we sell is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you place an order, your design is printed and your pair is assembled by our vetted print-on-demand production partners, quality-checked, and shipped. Production takes 1–3 business days after order confirmation, followed by 7–12 business days of transit — an estimated total delivery time of 8–15 business days from order date.

Because our footwear is custom-printed, colors and print placement may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Monitor settings differ, and printing on canvas, nylon, and rubber is not pixel-perfect. Minor variations are a normal part of custom production and are not defects.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We’re a Montana-based business, so no sales tax is charged — the price you see is the price you pay. Shipping within the United States is free on every order.

We work hard to keep pricing and product information accurate, but if we spot a genuine error (for example, an obviously incorrect price), we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or refuse any order — for example, where we suspect fraud or can’t verify payment. If we cancel your order, you’ll be refunded in full to your original payment method.

You can cancel or change an order for free within 12 hours of purchase, before production starts. Once production begins, the order can’t be cancelled or changed — but if something arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, or if it simply never arrives, our Return & Refund Policy still has you covered. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout: once production starts, we’re unable to redirect or correct a shipment for an address you entered incorrectly.

5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal, processed through secure SSL checkout. We never store your full card number.

6. Shipping and Returns

We ship within the United States only, with free standard tracked shipping on every order. Production takes 1–3 business days and transit takes 7–12 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 8–15 business days from order date. Full details are in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Because every pair is made to order specifically for you, we do not offer change-of-mind returns (for example, ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind). What we do cover, at no cost to you:

• Defective, misprinted, damaged, or wrong/not-as-described items — reported within 7 days of delivery to support@heatshabu.com with your order number and photos — get a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
• Non-delivery — if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the order date, you’re entitled to a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout; please review your address carefully, and use the free 12-hour cancellation/change window if you spot a mistake. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy, which is also incorporated into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Every graphic print we sell is a HEATSHABU original design. All designs, product images, text, and other content on this site belong to HEATSHABU and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Buying a pair gives you an awesome pair of shoes — not a license to reproduce the design.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the site lawfully: no attempting to disrupt the site, placing fraudulent orders, or misusing our content. We may suspend access for anyone violating these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In plain English: if something goes wrong with your order, we’ll make it right through replacement or refund as described in our policies — that’s our commitment. Beyond that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, HEATSHABU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer protection law says can’t be limited.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
