HEATSHABU (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates heatshabu.com, a US-based online store selling HEATSHABU-brand custom-printed footwear. We keep this policy in plain English because you deserve to know exactly what happens with your information. The short version: we collect only what we need to make and ship your order, we never store your full card number, and we never sell your personal data.

Information We Collect

We collect only what’s needed to fulfill your order and run our store:

• Order and contact details — your name, shipping address, and email address, so we can produce your order, deliver it, and send you order confirmations and tracking updates.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment providers (major credit/debit cards and PayPal) over a secure SSL connection. We never see or store your full card number.
• Order history and support messages — what you’ve purchased and any emails you send to support@heatshabu.com, so we can handle returns, replacements, and questions.
• Basic technical data — standard information collected through cookies, described below.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and produce your made-to-order footwear, ship it to you, email you order confirmations and tracking numbers, respond to support requests, handle cancellations and returns, and keep our store secure and working properly. That’s it. We don’t use your data for anything unrelated to running HEATSHABU.

Cookies

Like most online stores, we use cookies — small files stored in your browser — for three purposes:

• Cart cookies keep items in your shopping cart while you browse.
• Preference cookies remember basic settings between visits.
• Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, though the cart and checkout may not work correctly without them.

Sharing Your Information

We never sell your personal data. Full stop. We share information only with the service providers needed to complete your order:

• Production partners — every pair is made to order, so our vetted print-on-demand production partners receive the details needed to print and assemble your order.
• Shipping carriers — they receive your name and shipping address to deliver your package and provide tracking.
• Payment providers — they process your payment securely on our behalf.

These providers receive only what they need to do their job, and nothing more. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle returns within our 30-day return window, provide customer support, and meet legal and accounting requirements. When your data is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it.

Your Rights

You’re in control of your information. At any time, you can email support@heatshabu.com to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

We respond within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Residents of California and other US states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know, access, and delete personal information — we honor these requests for all customers, regardless of where you live.

Children’s Privacy

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email us and we will delete it promptly.

Security

Checkout runs over a secure SSL connection, and payments are handled by established payment providers. No online system is perfectly secure, but we limit the data we collect in the first place — the less we hold, the less there is at risk.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we’ll post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect. This version is effective as of July 2, 2026.
