HEATSHABU is a US-based custom footwear brand operating out of Kalispell, Montana. We design and sell original, custom-printed shoes through our online store at heatshabu.com — no middlemen, no reselling, no knockoffs. Every design is ours, and every pair is made specifically for the person who ordered it.
We started HEATSHABU with a simple idea: footwear should say something. Our house-original, all-over graphic prints are designed in-house and applied to shoes built for everyday wear.
What We Sell
Our catalog covers a full range of HEATSHABU-brand custom footwear:

- Boots
- Sandals
- Slippers and clogs
Each style features our original all-over graphic prints on materials like canvas, nylon, and rubber. We offer standard US men’s and women’s sizes, and every product page lists the exact size options available for that style.
How Our Made-to-Order Model Works
We want to be completely upfront about how your shoes are made, because we think it’s actually one of the best things about buying from us.
HEATSHABU is a print-on-demand store. We do not hold pre-made stock. Here’s what happens when you place an order:
- You order. Your order is confirmed, then production takes 1–3 business days.
- We print and build. Your chosen design is printed and the pair is assembled by our vetted print-on-demand production partners.
- We check and ship. Every pair is quality-checked before it ships, and you get a tracking number by email the moment it’s on the move. Shipping typically takes 7–12 business days once your order leaves our production partner.
From order to doorstep, total delivery typically takes 8–15 business days (1–3 business days production plus 7–12 business days shipping), with free standard tracked shipping on every US order.
One thing worth double-checking: please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you catch a mistake, you can update it free of charge within 12 hours of placing your order, before production begins. Once production starts, we’re not able to redirect a package that was sent to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided.
Why Made-to-Order Matters
Making shoes only after they’re ordered means we never overproduce. There’s no warehouse full of unsold pairs, no dead stock headed for a landfill, and no pressure to push inventory nobody wants. Less waste, more intention — you get a pair that was made for you, not pulled off a shelf.
The honest trade-off: made-to-order takes a few days longer than warehouse shipping, and because every pair is custom-built just for you, we’re not able to offer change-of-mind returns the way a warehouse retailer can. What we do guarantee: if your pair arrives defective, misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice — just email us within 7 days of receiving it, no need to ship anything back. And if an order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of your order date, that’s on us too: free replacement or refund, your choice. You can also cancel or change an order free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, before production starts. We think that’s a fair trade for shoes made just for you, and a policy that lets you buy with confidence.
