We respond within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Messages sent over the weekend get a reply first thing the next business day.
Before You Write
A little detail up front helps us solve things on the first reply:
- Include your order number (it’s in your confirmation email) for anything order-related — status, changes, cancellations, or returns.
- Need to cancel or change an order? You have a free 12-hour window after purchase, before production starts — so email us right away and put “Cancel” or “Change” in the subject line.
- Sizing questions are welcome. Our footwear runs in standard US men’s and women’s sizes and is generally true to size, but if you’re between sizes or unsure, tell us your usual size and the product you’re eyeing — we’ll help you pick.
- Received a defective, misprinted, damaged, or wrong item? Attach a couple of photos so we can send a free replacement or full refund fast.
