Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We don’t ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Cost
Free. Standard tracked shipping is included on every order, with no minimum purchase. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — we’re based in Montana, so no sales tax is added either.
Production Time: Why It Matters
Full transparency: every HEATSHABU pair is made to order. We don’t hold pre-made stock. When you place an order, your design is printed and your pair is assembled by our vetted print-on-demand production partners, then quality-checked before it ships.
Production takes 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. This is separate from transit time (7–12 business days once your order ships), which is why our delivery estimate covers the full journey from order to doorstep.
Delivery Estimate
Total estimated delivery is 8–15 business days from the day you place your order. That breaks down into production (1–3 business days) plus transit time (7–12 business days) once your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your pair every step of the way. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first — then email us at support@heatshabu.com and we’ll sort it out.
Need to Change Your Shipping Address?
You can change your shipping address free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, before production starts. Email support@heatshabu.com with your order number and the corrected address as soon as possible. Once production begins, we can’t guarantee changes — but reach out anyway and we’ll do what we can.
Please double-check your address before you order: HEATSHABU isn’t responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, and we can’t offer a free reship or refund in that case. Catching a mistake within the 12-hour window above is the way to fix it.
Non-Delivery Guarantee
We stand behind delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of your order date, you’re entitled to a free replacement (we’ll reship your pair) or a full refund — your choice. This is separate from, and much longer than, our standard 8–15 business day delivery estimate above; think of it as a backstop guarantee in case something goes wrong along the way.
This guarantee doesn’t apply if the delay is caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address you provided at checkout — see the address section above.
Late or Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated 8–15 business day window, here’s what to do:
- Check your tracking link for the latest carrier update.
- Confirm your shipping address in your order confirmation email.
- Email us at support@heatshabu.com with your order number.
We’ll look into it with the carrier right away. And if 30 days have passed since your order date with no delivery, you’re covered by our Non-Delivery Guarantee above — a free replacement or a full refund, your choice — as long as the shipping address you provided at checkout was correct.
