Watches & authenticity
Yes. Every watch is new, unworn and supplied in its original packaging. HEATSHABU is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Timex Group USA, Inc.
Each watch carries the manufacturer warranty supplied with it. If a watch develops a manufacturing fault, contact us and we will help you with the claim.
Under 38mm sits close on a slimmer wrist and reads as a dress watch. 38 to 40mm suits most wrists and most occasions. 41mm and above reads as a sports watch and needs a wider wrist to sit flat. Every product page lists its case diameter. See the Watch Size Guide.
An automatic is mechanical: it winds itself from the motion of your wrist and needs no battery, but keeps time to within seconds a day rather than seconds a month. A quartz watch runs on a battery and is more accurate. Where a reference is automatic we say so on the product page.
Shipping & delivery
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. If you want it sooner, FedEx Plus Express is $59 per order. Both are tracked, and the charge is shown at checkout before you pay. See Shipping.
Orders are prepared in 1–5 business days, then spend 15–21 business days in transit on free standard shipping or 2–5 business days on FedEx Plus Express — about 16–26 or 3–10 business days in total. You get a tracking number by email when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Yes. Besides all 50 US states and Washington D.C., we deliver to the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden, on the same terms. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders or US territories.
Yes. The whole site runs over HTTPS and card details are handled by the payment provider — they never reach our server.
Returns & refunds
Only if it arrives damaged, faulty or is not the item you ordered. Report it within 7 days of delivery with an unbroken unboxing video, and we replace it or refund you in full. We do not accept change-of-mind returns; UK and EU customers keep their 14-day right of withdrawal. See Returns & Refunds.
