Express shortens the transit leg only
Preparing the order still takes 1–5 business days, so express does not skip that stage. End to end it is about 16–26 business days on standard and about 3–10 on express. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates: customs inspection, severe weather and carrier backlogs can add a few days.

PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, US territories and any other country.

Duties & taxes included

U.S. orders have no sales tax added and UK/EU prices include VAT. The carrier clears customs on our account, so you pay nothing on delivery.

If something goes wrong

Tracking, delays and charges

By e-mail, as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier, and it is also shown on your order page. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.

International parcels can sit between scans for a while. If tracking has not updated for three business days, e-mail support@heatshabu.com with your order number and we will chase it.

You should never pay anything on delivery — prices include taxes and import duties and we settle them with the carrier. If a carrier ever invoices you for duty, tax or a brokerage fee, e-mail it to support@heatshabu.com and we will settle or reimburse it.

E-mail us as soon as possible. While the order is still being prepared we can correct the address, or cancel and refund you in full within 5 business days. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier it cannot be recalled or redirected by us.

E-mail us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, your unboxing video and photographs. We replace it or refund you in full — see Returns & Refunds.

No. Every estimate on this page is in business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Hong Kong Time, at a weekend or on a Hong Kong public holiday start on the next business day.
