These terms govern your use of heatshabu.com and any purchase you make here. By placing an order you accept them.
Who we are
HEATSHABU is an independent watch retailer operated by Goviloop, 1500 N Grant St, Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, United States. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Timex Group USA, Inc. Timex and all model names are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to describe the goods we sell.
Products and descriptions
We describe each watch using the specification supplied to us by our source. Where a figure is unknown we leave the field empty rather than guess. Photographs are supplied by the manufacturer; colour can vary slightly between screens.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in US dollars and include taxes and import duties: no sales tax is added to US orders, and UK and EU prices include VAT.
- Standard shipping is free on every order. FedEx Plus Express costs US$59 per order and is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is taken in full at checkout.
- We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the payment is declined, or we cannot deliver to your address — and will refund you in full if we do.
Who can buy and where we deliver
Orders are for consumers aged 18 or over, for personal use, with a street delivery address in the United States, the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain or Sweden. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders or US territories.
Delivery
Orders are prepared in 1–5 business days at our warehouse in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong, then transit takes 15–21 business days on free standard shipping or 2–5 business days on FedEx Plus Express. The carrier handles customs clearance on our account, so no duty, tax, VAT or brokerage fee is payable by you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Your right to cancel and return
Returns are accepted only where an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not the item ordered. A claim must be made within 7 days of delivery and supported by an unbroken, unedited unboxing video that starts with the sealed parcel. Approved claims are replaced or refunded at our expense, with no restocking, postage or handling fee, and refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Consumers in the United Kingdom and the EU keep their statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Your account
Accounts sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, and any dispute is subject to the courts of the City and County of Denver, Colorado. Consumers living in the United Kingdom or the EU also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
