Every order confirmation email has a View your order button. It opens the live status page for that order, with the carrier and tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected.
Lost the email? Sign in with the email address you used at checkout — we send you a one-time code, no password needed — and every order you have placed is listed with its tracking.
Still nothing? E-mail support@heatshabu.com with your order number and we will look it up for you.

Sent the moment the carrier collects the parcel. It can take up to 24 hours to go live.
Tracked the whole way from our Hong Kong warehouse to your address: 15–21 business days on free standard shipping, 2–5 on FedEx Plus Express.
A person reads every message, and we reply within one business day. If something on this site is unclear or wrong, we would rather hear about it.
