Shipping policy

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. If you want it sooner, FedEx Plus Express is US$59 per order. Both are tracked, and the charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver

All 50 US states and Washington D.C., the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden, on the same terms (in the UK and EU the free option is called Standard Delivery). We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders or US territories.

Delivery times

• Preparation: 1–5 business days (cut-off 1:00 PM Hong Kong Time on a business day).
• USPS Standard / Standard Delivery (free): 15–21 business days in transit — about 16–26 business days in total.
• FedEx Plus Express (US$59): 2–5 business days in transit — about 3–10 business days in total.

Shipping is charged once per order, however many items it holds. There is no remote or rural surcharge.

Where orders ship from

Hutchison Logistics Centre, Unit 208-209 & 410, 18 Container Port Road South, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. Our Denver office is not a dispatch location.

Taxes and duties

Prices include taxes and import duties: no sales tax is added at checkout, UK and EU prices include VAT, and nothing is payable on delivery. If a carrier ever invoices you for duty, tax or brokerage, e-mail it to us and we settle or reimburse it.

Tracking

Your tracking number is e-mailed when the parcel is handed to the carrier; the first scan can take 24–48 hours to appear. If tracking has not moved for 3 business days, e-mail support@heatshabu.com with your order number.
