How to return something
Four steps. Do not send a parcel back before step 2 — we cannot track an unannounced return.
We reply with a return address and instructions.
Unworn, undamaged, with all original packaging, tags and paperwork.
We inspect on arrival and refund to your original payment method.

The watch has not been worn, sized, engraved or damaged.

Refunds, faults and cancellations
We inspect the watch on arrival and issue the refund within 3 business days, back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time — usually 5 to 10 business days — to show it on your statement.
Contact us with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Yes, at no charge, any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, treat it as a return.
