If a watch is not right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fee.
What we accept
- The watch is unworn and undamaged.
- All original packaging, tags, links and paperwork are included.
- The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
A watch that has been worn, sized, engraved or damaged cannot be returned, because we cannot resell it as new.
How to return something
Email support@heatshabu.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with a return address and instructions within one business day. Please do not send a parcel back before you have heard from us — we cannot track an unannounced return.
Who pays the return postage
- If we made the mistake — wrong item, damaged in transit, or not as described — we pay the return postage.
- If you simply changed your mind — the return postage is yours to cover.
When you get your money back
We inspect the watch on arrival and issue the refund within 3 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer then takes its own time — usually 5 to 10 business days — to show it on your statement.
Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is our fault. They are not refunded when you change your mind.
Faulty watches
If a watch arrives faulty, or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled at no charge any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, treat it as a return.
