Who we are
HEATSHABU is an independent watch retailer trading from 2404 Cutty Sark Blvd, Rawlins, WY 82301, United States. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Timex Group USA, Inc. Timex and all model names are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to describe the goods we sell.
Products and descriptions
We describe each watch using the specification supplied to us by our source. Where a figure is unknown we leave the field empty rather than guess. Photographs are supplied by the manufacturer; colour can vary slightly between screens.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated.
- Payment is taken in full at checkout.
- We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the payment is declined, or we cannot deliver to your address — and will refund you in full if we do.
Your right to cancel and return

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
