We are not Timex, and we do not pretend to be. We are a retailer that has read the catalogue closely and stocks the references worth wearing — with the case size, the material and the movement stated plainly, and nothing stated that we cannot stand behind.
What HEATSHABU is
One brand, chosen deliberately, described accurately and shipped with tracking. That is the whole proposition.
We stock Timex and nothing else. Carrying one brand well is more useful than carrying five thinly, because it means we can actually tell you how the references differ from one another.

How we chooseCase diameter in millimetres, strap and case material, gender fit, and movement where the reference is automatic. Every one of those comes from the manufacturer data, not from us.
One flat rate below the threshold, free above it, tracking on every parcel. No surprise charges introduced at the last step of checkout.

HEATSHABU is an independent retailer. Timex and all related model and collection names are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Timex Group USA, Inc.
We use the manufacturer's names for the watches we sell because that is what they are. We do not design, engineer or manufacture anything. We curate, we stock, and we ship.
If the manufacturer data does not carry a figure, the field stays empty. We publish case size, material, gender and movement because we hold those for the catalogue. We do not publish numbers we would have to guess at.
No testimonials we did not receive, no star ratings assembled to look busy, no quotes attributed to customers who do not exist.
No crossed-out "was" price that was never charged, and no countdown timer that resets when you reload the page.
The estimates on the shipping page are honest ranges in business days, not the best case printed as though it were the norm.

The full cost — watch plus shipping — is shown before you pay. Card details go to the payment provider, never to our server.
The reference is pulled from stock, checked against your order, and sealed for transit.
The parcel is handed to the carrier and your tracking number is emailed the same moment.
Thirty days from delivery to send it back unworn in its original packaging, with no restocking fee.

Yes. Tell us your wrist measurement, what you want the watch for, and roughly what you want to spend, and we will suggest two or three references with the reasons attached.

Very much. A wrong case size, a broken link, a description that does not match the photograph — tell us and we will correct it.
We would rather hear about a mistake from you than leave it standing because nobody mentioned it.
Because we would rather answer properly in writing than badly on the phone. Email gives you a record of what was agreed, and it gives us the order number and the photographs we usually need.

Yes. Every watch is new, unworn and supplied in its original packaging, and carries the manufacturer warranty that came with it.
If a watch develops a manufacturing fault, contact us and we will help you with the claim.
